Termite Control in Al Ain

Al Ain's farms, gardens and mature trees make termite pressure among the highest in the region, particularly in Hili, Al Jimi and Zakher. Our pre-construction and barrier treatments are essential for ground-level villas here.

In Al Ain, termites are often in the garden long before they reach the house. Old palm stumps, piles of dry fronds, wooden fence posts and firewood stacked against a wall can all feed a colony. In farm-side districts such as Al Qattara, Al Foah and Al Maqam, colonies in the surrounding plots mean a barrier around the villa is not always enough on its own; stores, outbuildings and staff housing need checking too.

Irrigation keeps the soil damp even in the driest months, so termites in watered plots keep working through the summer. Spring, especially after rain, is when winged termites leave established colonies to start new ones.

Before the inspection, clear fronds and cut wood away from the house walls, open store rooms and outdoor majlis areas, and check cardboard boxes kept on the floor, since termites eat paper and cardboard as well as timber. Call when you plan to build, extend or re-landscape, or as soon as a stored item or a palm base near the house has soil on it.
